Abstract
sistema de controle de velocidade de ventilador de resfriamento de motor trata-se de sistema de resfriamento de ventilador e método para controlar velocidade do ventilador para resfriar componentes de motor de veículo enquanto diminui o consumo de energia por um ventilador (2) e reduz o consumo de combustível do motor para um motor que energiza parcialmente o ventilador (52). o sistema de resfriamento de ventilador aumenta a temperatura refrigerante do motor de um veículo em movimento para obter uma demanda de velocidade do ventilador de maneira que a velocidade do ventilador possa ser reduzida. o sistema de resfriamento de ventilador seleciona uma demanda de velocidade do ventilador máxima a partir de uma ou mais demandas de velocidade do ventilador para comandar velocidade do ventilador com base em várias entradas percebidas, incluindo temperaturas refrigerantes do motor. o sistema de resfriamento de ventilador também melhora a eficiência do resfriamento pela incorporação da proteção "slipheat" para o ventilador (52) de modo a não acionar demasiadamente o ventilador para resfriamento.
