Abstract
resumo método para produzir um poliéter poliol de cadeia curta e espuma de polímero de poliuretano a presente invenção se refere a um processo de alcoxilação de dois estágios para preparar um poliéter poliol de cadeia curta a partir de um composto de partida compreendendo de 3 a 9 grupos hidroxila e pelo menos um óxido de alquileno, sendo que o composto de partida tem um peso equivalente de hidróxi de 22 a 90 da. o dito processo compreende uma alcoxilação de primeiro estágio usando um catalisador superácido para preparar um composto de partida alcoxilado oligomérico que é adicionalmente alcoxilado ao poliéter poliol de cadeia curta da invenção em um segundo estágio usando um catalisador de dmc. o processo da presente invenção poderá ser realizado continuamente, ou em um processo em batelada, ou semi-batelada. 1
