resumo patente de invenção: "método para produzir um produto de aço plano de grão-orientado". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um produto de aço plano grão-orientado que se destina a fabricação de partes para aplicações eletrotécnicas, e tendo valores de perdas magnéticas minimizadas e propriedades magnetostritivas otimizadas incluindo operações: a) prover produto de aço plano; b) tratar laser o produto de aço plano; onde, no curso do tratamento laser, deformações lineares, arranjadas com um espaçamento a, são formadas na superfície do produto de aço plano, por meio de um feixe laser emitido a partir de um fonte de feixe laser com potência p. o método, de acordo com a invenção, para produzir produtos de aço planos é otimamente adequado para fabricação de partes de transformadores. isto é conseguido pela potência aparente s1,7/50 do produto de aço plano em uma frequência de 50 hz e polarização de 1,7 tesla medida antes e depois do tratamento laser (operação b), e pelos parâmetros do tratamento laser que são variados, de modo que a diferença entre a potência aparente s1,7/50 medida antes e depois do tratamento laser seja menor que 40%.
