Abstract
processo e dispositivo para estabilizar o resfriamento e desumidificação de reboco de gesso. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o condicionamento contínuo do reboco de gesso onde o reboco de gesso é passado a partir de uma unidade de calcinação conectada à montante de um resfriador de reboco de gesso na forma de partículas. no resfriador de reboco de gesso, o anidrita de sulfato de cálcio solúvel é inicialmente convertido em semi-hidrato de sulfato de cálcio e o di-hidrato de sulfato de cálcio em semi-hidrato de sulfato de cálcio, e os defeitos cristalizados são eliminados. subsequentemente, o reboco de gesso é posto em contato com o ar ambiente e desumidificado pelo último e desse modo resfriado de maneira simultânea e indireta.
