Abstract

В способе непрерывного кондиционирования штукатурного гипса штукатурный гипс проходит в форме частиц из присоединенной выше по потоку обжиговой установки к охладителю штукатурного гипса. В охладителе штукатурного гипса растворимый безводный сульфат кальция сначала превращается в полугидрат сульфата кальция, дигидрат сульфата кальция превращается в полугидрат сульфата кальция и устраняются дефекты кристаллов. После этого штукатурный гипс вступает в контакт с окружающим воздухом, обезвоживается последним и в результате этого одновременно косвенно охлаждается.
