Abstract

APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA PURIFICAÇÃO DE PROTEÍNAS. A invenção é direcionada a um aparelho e método para a purificação de uma proteína. O aparelho envolve o uso de uma resina de cromatografia de captura, um filtro de profundidade disposto após a resina de cromatografia de captura, e uma resina de cromatografia de modo misto disposta depois do filtro de profundidade. O método envolve o fornecimento de uma amostra contendo a proteína, o processamento da amostra através de uma resina de cromatografia de captura, um filtro de profundidade, e uma resina de cromatografia de modo misto.
