Abstract

reator de rápida mistura de alta velocidade e sua aplicação. divulgado é um reator de rápida mistura, que abrange um compartimento de passagem de alimentação, um compartimento de reator, uma secunda passagem de alimentação, um distribuidor de alimentação de roda lâmina, um eixo de rotação e um primeiro distribuidor de alimentação, onde o primeiro compartimento de passagem de alimentação e o compartimento do reator são construídos de forma coaxial e com a comunicação um com o outro, a segunda passagem de alimentação, o distribuidor de alimentação de roda lâmina e oeixo de rotação são fixados uns aos outros em sequência ao longo do eixo central do reator; o distribuidor de alimentação de roda lâmina está localizado dentro do compartimento do reator e gira de forma axial sob a força motriz do eixo de rotação; a segunda passagem de alimentação está conectada com o distribuidor de alimentação de roda lâmina; o primeiro compartimento de passagem de alimentação está configurado ao mesnos uma saída de líquido de reação em sua extremidade distal; e o primeiro distribuidor de alimentação e o distribuidor de alimentação de roda lâmina são fornecidos com a(s) primeira(s) cavidade(s) de injeção de alimentação respectivamente. o reator é capaz de realizar uma mistura instantaneamente rápida de dois fluxos de fluidos sob uma capacidade massiva, e melhorar a produção e qualidade do produto alvo.
