本实用新型涉一种物料混合装置，尤其涉及一种固液混合机。
背景技术
混合机是将多种物料混合均匀的装置，在工业生产中较为常用。在医药、化工及饲料加工等行业经常需要通过混合机将物料固体颗粒与液态物料混合均匀，通常是物料按比例添加后进行搅拌混合，当液态物料添加比例较小时，难以保证混合的均匀度，最终影响产品品质。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术不足，本实用新型提供了一种设计科学，结构紧凑，有利于保证物料混合均匀的固液混合机。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型采用以下方案：一种固液混合机，包括壳体、位于壳体内的搅拌轴、分布在搅拌轴上的桨叶，其特征在于：所述的搅拌轴及桨叶内设有介质流道，桨叶上设有与介质流道相通的喷嘴；搅拌轴一端设有与介质流道相通的旋转接头，旋转接头通过管路与液态物料添加机相连。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：在搅拌过程中，液态物料添加机连续性的将物料依次通过管路、旋转接头、介质流道、喷嘴添加至搅拌仓内，且通过桨叶的搅拌作用而与固体颗粒物料混合均匀。其混合效率高，混合均匀，有利于提高产品的品质。

具体实施方式
参看附图1所示，搅拌轴5位于壳体12内，两端分别通过轴承总成4固定，搅拌轴5上设有均匀分布的桨叶8，搅拌轴5及桨叶8为中空结构，内部设有连通的介质通道，桨叶8上安装有与介质通道6相通的喷嘴7；所述的搅拌轴5两端延伸出壳体12，其中一端连接由减速机10与电机9构成的驱动装置，搅拌轴5另一端设有与介质通道6相通的旋转接头3，旋转接头3通过管路与液态物料添加机2相连；壳体12一侧设有排料口11，排料口11的开放状态由排料气缸1控制。
所述的液态物料添加机2可为液态物料提供一定的压力，将液态物料依次通过管路、旋转接头3、介质流道6、喷嘴7输送至搅拌仓内，液态物料的喷出过程中，桨叶8携带喷嘴7一直转动，从而达到与固体颗粒物料均匀混合的目的，待物料混合均匀后，排料气缸1提供动力打开排料口11，将混合后的成品排出。
