本发明公开了一种加药器，包括外壳体及设置在外壳体内的旋转轴，旋转轴通过两端的轴承固定在外壳体上，外壳体设有加药口，旋转轴的两端分别设有进水口和出水口，旋转轴从进水口端到出水口端依次设有喷嘴导杆、搅拌叶轮、内出水口及涡流锥轮，喷嘴导杆设有喷嘴，旋转轴的内部为中空腔体并设有隔断，将旋转轴内部分为进水腔体和出水腔体。该加药器，结构简单，设计合理，造价低廉；操作简单，省时、省力，提高了劳动效率；能够使药剂混合均匀，安全、卫生可靠。

本发明属于医疗器械设备领域，涉及一种加药器。
背景技术
园艺行业、畜牧行业和工业领域，其它行业如洗车、印刷、医院、酒业等需要进行特殊溶剂的定比稀释，将药物混合均匀再使用；以上行业的应用或者使用传统的作业方式，劳动成本过高，配比合理性差，存在药物混合不均匀等缺点，尤其是安全、卫生不能完全保障，且药物的使用疗效大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种加药器，能够使药剂混合均匀，且省时、省力提高劳动效率。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种加药器，包括外壳体及设置在外壳体内的旋转轴，外壳体采用高分子材料或金属材质或复合材料制作而成。所述旋转轴通过两端的轴承固定在外壳体上，所述的外壳体设有加药口，所述旋转轴的两端分别设有进水口和出水口，所述旋转轴从进水口端到出水口端依次设有喷嘴导杆、搅拌叶轮、内出水口及涡流锥轮，所述的喷嘴导杆设有喷嘴，所述旋转轴的内部为中空腔体并设有隔断，将旋转轴内部分为进水腔体和出水腔体。
进一步的，所述的喷嘴导杆位于旋转轴的进水腔体上，且数量为3-6个。
进一步的，每个喷嘴导杆设有3个喷嘴。
进一步的，所述的内出水口及涡流锥轮位于旋转轴的出水腔体上。
进一步的，所述的加药口设有3-6个。
进一步的，所述内出水口沿旋转轴的出水腔体圆周均匀设置若干个。
本发明的有益效果：该加药器，结构简单，设计合理，造价低廉；操作简单，省时、省力，提高了劳动效率；能够使药剂混合均匀，安全、卫生可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
如图1-2所示，一种加药器，包括外壳体1及设置在外壳体内的旋转轴2，外壳体1采用高分子材料或金属材质或复合材料制作而成，所述旋转轴2通过两端的轴承9固定在外壳体1上，所述的外壳体1设有加药口3，所述的加药口3设有3-6个，所述旋转轴2的两端分别设有进水口7和出水口8，所述旋转轴2从进水口7端到出水口8端依次设有喷嘴导杆10、搅拌叶轮6、内出水口12及涡流锥轮13， 所述的喷嘴导杆10设有喷嘴11，所述旋转轴2的内部为中空腔体并设有隔断，将旋转轴内部分为进水腔体4和出水腔体5。所述的喷嘴导杆10位于旋转轴的进水腔体4上，且数量为3-6个，每个喷嘴导杆10设有3个喷嘴。所述的内出水口12及涡流锥轮13位于旋转轴2的出水腔体5上。所述内出水口12沿旋转轴2的出水腔体5圆周均匀设置若干个。
本发明的工作原理：待处理水由进水口进入旋转轴的进水腔体，经喷嘴导杆从喷嘴加压喷出，使得旋转轴反方向旋转，药剂由加药口进入外壳体内与待处理水混合，在喷嘴导杆搅拌作用下且经过搅拌叶轮搅拌，充分混合，混合液体再经涡流锥轮反射形成涡流，起到加强混合作用，充分混合的液体经内出水口进入旋转轴的出水腔体，由出水口排出。整个过程方便、快捷，能够使药剂混合均匀，安全、卫生可靠。

Claims (6)

1.一种加药器，包括外壳体及设置在外壳体内的旋转轴，其特征在于，所述旋转轴通过两端的轴承固定在外壳体上，所述外壳体设有加药口，所述旋转轴的两端分别设有进水口和出水口，所述旋转轴从进水口端到出水口端依次设有喷嘴导杆、搅拌叶轮、内出水口及涡流锥轮，所述的喷嘴导杆设有喷嘴，所述旋转轴的内部为中空腔体并设有隔断，将旋转轴内部分为进水腔体和出水腔体；待处理水由进水口进入旋转轴的进水腔体，经喷嘴导杆从喷嘴加压喷出，使得旋转轴反方向旋转，药剂由加药口进入外壳体内与待处理水混合，在喷嘴导杆搅拌作用下且经过搅拌叶轮搅拌，充分混合，混合液体再经涡流锥轮反射形成涡流，充分混合的液体经内出水口进入旋转轴的出水腔体，由出水口排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加药器，其特征在于，所述的喷嘴导杆位于旋转轴的进水腔体上，且数量为3-6个。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种加药器，其特征在于，每个喷嘴导杆设有3个喷嘴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种加药器，其特征在于，所述的内出水口及涡流锥轮位于旋转轴的出水腔体上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种加药器，其特征在于，所述的加药口设有3-6个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种加药器，其特征在于，所述内出水口沿旋转轴的出水腔体圆周均匀设置若干个。
