Abstract
inserto de corte. é provido um inserto de corte que possui desempenho de processamento de apara melhorada durante trabalho de corte e desempenho de resistência a defeito melhorado. um inserto de corte tendo uma forma de placa substancialmente poligonal, na qual uma borda de corte (6) é formada em uma seção de linha de crista de interseção entre uma superfície de corte (2a) e uma superfície de flanco (4a), e um dispositivo de quebra de aparas é formado na superfície de corte (2a), em que uma seção côncava de dispositivo de quebra de apara (40) de uma seção frontal possui uma superfície de ataque (40b), e a supefície de ataque (40b) se curva em uma forma côncava a partir da seção periférica próxima a seção frontal (5) para uma seção de superfície de fundo (40c), gradualmente se inclinando em direção a seção de superfície de fundo (40c), e se conectando suavemente à seção de superfície de fundo (40c).
