Abstract

processo e dispositivo para a fabricação de uma virola bi-materiais, e, virola assim realizada. processo de fabricação de uma virola bi-materiais, constituída de uma virola externa anular (17) e de uma virola interna anular soldadas uma na outra; realiza-se o vazamento pelo fundo da virola externa (17) em um espaço de vazamento (7) delimitado por uma parede de uma primeira lingoteira e por uma parede externa (8) móvel para cima de uma segunda lingoteira concêntrica á primeira; levanta-se a referida parede móvel (8) da segunda lingoteira de modo a descobrir a casca da virola externa (17) que está solidificada contra ela; realiza-se o vazamento pelo fundo e a solidificação da virola interna em um espaço de vazamento delimitado pela referida casca e uma parede interna (9) fixa da referida segunda lingoteira, a soldagem das duas virolas sendo efetuada por difusão entre as referidas virolas; e efetua-se eventualmente um forjamento e/ou uma das referidas virolas sendo soldada. dispositivo para a utilização deste processo, e virola assim realizada.
