Abstract
produtos de bebidas de alta acidez e métodos para prolongar estabilidade probiótica. a presente invenção refere-se a produtos de bebida, compreendendo pelo menos um suco de fruta, pelo menos, um adoçante, bactérias probióticas, e beta-glucano, onde o produto de bebida tem um ph de no máximo 4,5 e um nível de ácido de 0,5% - 1,0%. em certas modalidades exemplares e não limitativas, o produto ebbida tem a características de que, se tesado após 45 dias de armazenamento em garrafas pet hermeticamente fechados de tamanho individual de 12 fl. oz. armazenadas no escuro ou em caso contrário em condições livres de uv, a uma temperatura de refrigeração de 35º f (1,6ºc) o produto ebbida tem um prazo de validade aumentado quando comparado com o mesmo produto de bebida sem betaglucano. são proporcionados métodos para fazer tais produtos de bebida com a estabilidade de probiótico estendida.
