Abstract
"COMPOSIçõES DE BEBIDA áCIDA" A presente invenção trata de uma composição de bebida ácida, compreendendo: (A) um material protéico hidratado ontendo uma combinação de teores de inositol-6-fosfato, inositol-5-fosfato, inositol-4-fosfato e inositol-3-fosfato menores que 8,0 <109>mol/g, (B) um agente estabilizante protéico hidratado e (C) pelo menos um ácido compreendendo um suco de fruta, um suco de vegetal, ácido cítrico, ácido tartárico, ácido lático, ácido ascórbico, glucona- delta-lactona ou ácido fosfórico, em que a composição de bebida ácida possui um pH de 3,0 a 4,5.
