Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con un producto alimenticio que contiene uno o mas microorganismos vivos y por lo menos un ingrediente alimenticio bioactivo de interes, en el cual uno o varios de los ingredientes alimenticios bioactivos de interes estan protegidos por medio de encapsulacion en una grasa, de manea que reducen la metabolizacion del mismo por los microorganismos vivos mencionados antes.
