Abstract

sistema de síntese de microfluidos radiofarmacêuticos, método para produzir uma quantidade de radiofármaco e sintetizar um radioquímico. é descrito um sistema para produção de microfluidos radiofarmacêuticos e processo para sintetizar por corrida aproximadamente de um (1) a quatro (4) doses unitáriasl de um biomarcador radiofarmacêutico para uso em tomografia de emissão de pósitron (pet). o sistema inclui um recipiente de reação que recebe um radioisótopo a partir de um acelerador ou outro gerador de radioisótopo a partir de um acelerador ou outro gerador de radiosótopo. reagentes aquosos e orgânicos são introduzidos no recipiente da reação, e a mistura é aquecida para sintetizar a solução de um radiofármaco pré-selecionado. a solução radiofarmacêutica é passada através de uma coluna de extração sólida e um filtro para purificação. o processo de síntese reduz gasto e permite a produção. o processo de síntese reduz gasto e permite a produção de radiofármaco de acordo com a necessidade. o processo de síntese permite a produção no local e próximo ao local onde a dose unitária irá ser administrada ao paciente, que reduz o tempo entre sínteses e administração, por causa disso minimizando a perda de isótopos ativos através da desintegração e permitindo a produção da menor quantidade de radioisótopos total.
