Abstract
UNIDADE DE ENGRENAGEM E UM MÉTODO PARA CONTROLE DE UMA BOMBA DE LUBRIFICAÇÃO DE UMA UNIDADE DE ENGRENAGEM A presente invenção se refere a uma unidade de engrenagem compreendendo: eixos (101, 102) para conexão a um sistema mecânico externo; pelo menos um estágio de engrenagem (103) entre os eixos; uma bomba de lubrificação (104) para circular óleo de lubrificação através de pelo menos um estágio de engrenagem e de mancais da unidade de engrenagem; um sensor de temperatura (105) para medir a temperatura do óleo de lubrificação e fornecer um sinal de temperatura; um motor elétrico (107) para acionamento da bomba de lubrificação; e um dispositivo elétrico (108) para controlar o motor elétrico, de modo que o torque dirigido para a bomba de lubrificação seja abaixo de um limite de torque. O limite de torque é determinado dinamicamente, com base na temperatura medida do óleo de lubrificação. Essa disposição possibilita a proteção da bomba de lubrificação contra defeitos mecânicos durante um processo de partida a frio, de modo que uma limitação de torque totalmente desnecessária, que retardaria o processo de partida a frio, pode ser evitada.
