Abstract

"ENDOPRóTESE DE ARTICULAçãO DE TORNOZELO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma endoprótese para a substituição da articulação do tornozelo, compreendendo um componente inferior (4) que deve ser conectado ao osso do tornozelo (2), um componente superior (3) que deve ser conectado ao osso tibial (1), e uma parte intermediária (5) que forma uma articulação de deslize não só com o componente inferior mas também com o componente superior. Uma parte intermediária (5), que é dotada de forma de cunha na seção sagital, é proporcionada de modo a compensar as irregularidades anatómicas ou cirúrgicas. O componente superior (3) pode também ser dotado de forma de cunha na seção frontal ou na seção sagital.
