Abstract

"PRODUTO COM BASE EM CEREAL, PROCESSO PARA OBTER O MESMO E USO". A presente invenção refere-se a um produto com base em cereal, que muda ou perde a cor na adição de líquido aquoso. A invenção também refere-se a um processo para obter o produto e um cereal matinal compreendendo dois tipos de cereais. A mudança da cor torna o consumo de cereais matinais mais interessante para crianças e adultos. O cereal pode ser preparado aplicando-se revestimentos diferentes em uma base de cereais extrusados clássica, pela qual um revestimento externo fornece uma certa cor e é essencialmente lavado na adição de leite.
