Abstract

La presente se relaciona con un producto en base a cereal que cambia o pierde su color después de agregarle un líquido acuoso. La invención también se relaciona con un proceso para obtener el producto y con un cereal para el desayuno que comprende dos tipos de cereales. El cereal se puede preparar mediante la aplicación de diferentes recubrimientos sobre una base de cereal clásica y extruida, en donde un recubrimiento externo proporciona cierto color y se retira esencialmente después de la incorporación de leche.
