Abstract
Et hydratiserbart granulært matprodukt som kan anvendes for å lage supper og sauser og som ikke krever røring før eller under koking. Produktet er sammensatt av granuler som er hydrofobe og hydrofile, og de har ikke tendens til å danne klumper når kaldt eller omgivelsestemperaturholdig vann eller melk tilsettes. Minst ca. 90% av granulene har en størrelse på fra ca. 1000 nm til ca. 175 nrrt, og de har et ytre belegg som inneholder en emulgator. l en spesielt foretrukket anvendelse kan det granulære matprodukt blandes med et karbohydrat, f. eks. pasta, og deretter hydratiseres sammen med pastaen slik at man får en spiseferdig pasta og saus.
