Abstract
Krydderbianding for frossenmat som omfatter en tørrblanding av fett-overtrukne krydder, og som dessuten inneholder fra ca, 5 til ca. 80 vekt% av et spesielt klebemiddel. Et klebemiddel kan velges fra gruppen bestående av naturlig stivelse, gjærpulver, soyapulver, maltodekstrin og skummetmelk-pulver. En fremgangsmåte for å påføre en aromakomponent til vannholdig, stykkformet frossenmat, hvor det frosne produkt tørrblandes med krydderblandingen ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse.
