Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, COMPOSTO"'. Um processo para a preparação de uma classe de derivados de fenilalanina enamida é descrito na fórmula (1) em que: Ar^ 1^ é um grupo aromático ou heteroaromático opcionalmente substituído; L^ 2^ é um grupo ligador selecionado de -N(R^ 4^)- [onde R^ 4^ é um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila C~ 1-6~ reto ou ramificado opcionalmente substituído], -CON(R^ 4^)-ou -S(O)~ 2~N(R^ 4^)-; R^ 1^ é um ácido carboxílico (-CO~ 2~H) ou um derivado ou bióstero destes; R^ 2^ é um átomo de hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila C~ 1-6~; R^ y^ e R^ z^ que podem ser os mesmos ou diferentes, cada um é um átomo ou grupo L^ 1^(Alk^ 1^)~ n~(R^ 3^)~ v~; e os sais, solvatos, hidratos e N-óxidos destes, que compreendem a reação de um composto da fórmula (2): em que: Q^ a^ é um grupo -N(R^ 4^)H; e os sais, solvatos, HIdratos e N-óxidos destes, com um composto Ar^ 1^W em que W é um grupo selecionado de X^ 1^ (em que X^ 1^ é um átomo ou grupo de partida), -COX^ 2^ (em que X^ 2^ é um átomo de halogênio ou um grupo -OH) ou -SO~ 2~ X^ 3^ (em que X^ 3^ é um átomo de halogênio).
