Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE UMA SUPERFìCIE DE UM COMPONENTE DE TRILHO, BEM COMO COMPONENTE DE TRILHO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para revestimento de uma superfície de um componente de trilho com uma cama que contém alumínio por meio de pulverização de arco voltaico. Para formar uma camada de modo simples em tecnologia de produção, que apresenta uma alta resistência contra desgaste de deslizamento e abrasão, é proposto que seja aplicado sobre a superfície de alumínio e silício, em uma relação de 3:2 <243> Al : Si <243> 4:1, por pulverização de arco voltaico.
