Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DISTRIBUIDOR". A presente invenção refere-se geralmente ao manejo de materiais e particularmente a aparelhos para distribuir materiais pulverulentos finos, tal como por exemplo o pigmento toner. De acordo com um aspecto da presente invenção, é apresentado um dispositivo distribuidor que inclui: um corpo de aparelho distribuidor (10) tendo uma extremidade de entrada (14) e uma extremidade de saída (16), uma passagem de transporte (12) entre elas interposta, em que a dimensão interna em seção transversal na extremidade de entrada (22) da passagem de transporte (12) é igual ou menor que a dimensão interna em seção transversal na extremidade de saída (16) da passagem de transporte (12); pelo menos duas seções conectoras seláveis (18, 20), localizadas em ou próximas às extremidades de entrada (14) e de saída (16), o dispositivo quando em uso sendo hermeticamente conectável com o recipiente enchedor e recipiente a encher respectivamente. A disposição é de tal natureza que a conexão selável entre o dispositivo distribuidor e o recipiente a encher proporciona uma vedação substancialmente hermética de modo que o ar no interior do recipiente por encher é deslocado pelo pó do recipiente a encher e passa através da passagem de transporte durante a operação de enchimento. Isto assegura uma significativa vantagem pelo fato de que o ar causa a agitação do material no interior da passagem, reduzindo as chances de obstrução e bloqueio.
