Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ANALISAR CONCENTRAçõES DE MOLéCULAS DE COENZIMA A NAS AMOSTRAS BIOLóGICAS". A invenção é destinada a fornecer um método altamente sensível e altamente reprodutível para análise de coenzimas A (CoA) em uma amostra biológica caracterizado pelo fato de envolver a etapa de extrair a amostra biológica mediante o uso de uma solução fortemente ácida, a etapa de extração na fase sólida, a etapa de adicionar um padrão interno, e a etapa de detecção com o uso de LC-MS.
