Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAçãO DE RECIPIENTES DE PLáSTICO POR MEIO DE MOLDES DE SOPRO POR ESTIRAMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA REVESTIMENTO DAS PAREDES INTERNAS DE UM RECIPIENTE DE PLáSTICO". A presente invenção refere-se, fundamentalmente, a um dispositivo, especialmente uma máquina rotativa, para fabricação de recipientes de plástico por meio de sopro de estiramento com ao menos um bloco distribuidor, que apresenta um compartimento de mistura, que é ligável com o compartimento interno de um pré-moldado, de modo que é formada uma câmara de combustão do compartimento de mistura e do compartimento interno do pré-moldado, um equipamento de adução para a adução de um fluido explosivo à câmara de combustão e um equipamento de ignição para ignição do fluido explosivo na câmara de combustão. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo, especialmente uma máquina rotativa, para revestimento das paredes internas de um recipiente de plástico com uma camada de bloqueio impermeável a gases, substâncias aromáticas e semelhantes, em que um molde de sopro de estiramento está ligado por meio de uma peça de conexão com condutos de fluido controlados a válvula, para se encher o recipiente no molde com ao menos um gás. Devido ao fato de que o bloco distribuidor é ligável diretamente com um pré-moldado, isto é, o bloco distribuidor apresenta um equipamento de ligação para ligação do pré-moldado com o bloco distribuidor, é disponibilizado um dispositivo do tipo mencionado no início, que permite fabricar recipientes de plástico com alta qualidade constante e que possibilita, adicionalmente, o emprego em máquinas rotativas.
