Abstract

"APARELHO PARA MOLDAGEM POR SOPRO". Aparelho para moldagem por sopro de corpos plásticos ocos a partir de pré-formas plásticas ou 'ling³iças', que é adaptado para detectar rompimentos que ocorrem em garrafas plásticas. Para esta finalidade o próprio aparelho compreende um arranjo de transdutor de pressão diferencial (10), uma fonte de suprimento de gás de baixa pressão (103) juntamente com um primeiro canal de suprimento relacionado (101), uma fonte de suprimento de gás de alta pressão juntamente com um segundo canal de suprimento relacionado (105). O arranjo de transdutor de pressão diferencial é constituído por um ou mais tubos (3, 4), arranjados transversalmente no segundo canal de suprimento; estes tubos contém aberturas de câmaras separadas respectivas (5, 6) no interior de dito segundo canal de suprimento (tubos Pitot). Dois sensores (7, 8) adaptados para detectar pressões respectivas são conectados em uma maneira distinta a ditas câmaras respectivas. Qualquer possível variação de pressão em momentos predeterminados durante o ciclo de moldagem por sopro é processada e comparada, e o resultado é uma indicação se uma irregularidade séria, tal como um rompimento ou um vazamento silencioso de gás teve lugar durante o processo de moldagem por sopro de uma dada garrafa.
