Abstract

"FABRICAçãO DE MANTA COM ESTRUTURA DE SUPERFìCIE TRIDIMENSIONAL". Em um método para a fabricação de uma manta de fibra (12), em particular uma manta de tecido ou material higiênico, provida com uma estrutura de superfície tridimensional , a manta de fibra é prensada em um teor seco menor do que 35%, em particular menor do que 30%, e, de preferência, menor do que 25% sobre um pano de impressão (14) por meio de um primeiro campo de pressão e é, deste modo, pré-impressa, e no qual a manta de fibra é orientada através de pelo menos um campo de pressão (terceiro campo de pressão) provido para a desidratação e ou secagem da dita manta de fibra. De preferência, a manta de fibra é mais uma vez prensada sobre o pano de impressão por meio de um segundo campo de pressão a fim de fixar resistência sem destruir a estrutura de superfície tridimensional. A manta de fibra é de preferência orientada entre o primeiro e o segundo campos de pressão através do dito pelo menos um terceiro campo de pressão. De preferência, o mesmo pano de impressão é usado no dito primeiro campo de pressão e no dito segundo campo de pressão. Além disso, o teor seco é obtido por meio de um aparelho de preço favorável ao invés de por um aparelho de secagem TAD.
