제1도는 본 발명의 합성물을 제조하는데 사용되는 장치 배열을 나타내는 개략도, 제2도는 본 발명의 합성물을 제조하는 방법에 유용한 표면에 무늬가 새겨진 롤의 사시도, 제3도는 중합체 조성물과 함께 불균일하게 매설된 바람직한 섬유 웹을 예시한 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 섬유 웹이 주평면내에 매트릭스 조성물을 불균일하게 분포시킴을 포함하는 방법.
  2. 중합체 매트릭스 내의 섬유 웹 합성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중합체 조성물을 섬유 웹과 접촉하여 공급하는 단계; 및 합성물내의 중합체 조성물의 체적 퍼어센트가 2-15 퍼어센트이고 섬유가 85-98 체적 퍼어센트 되게 상기 섬유웹에 대한 메트릭스로써 중합체 조성물을 불균일하게 분포시키는 단계; 를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 2항에 있어서, 중합체 조성물이 2-5 체적 퍼어센트로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 2항에 있어서, 최소 하나의 롤에 무늬가 형성된 2개 인접한 압출롤 사이의 간격을 통해 중합체 조성물을 섬유웹과 접촉하여 공급하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 4항에 있어서, 중합체의 분포는 섬유에 대한 중합체의 비가 큰 두꺼운 부위와 섬유에 대한 중합체의 비가 적은 얇은 부위가 존재하는 형태로 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 4항에 있어서, 2개 모두가 무늬 형성된 표면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 3항에 있어서, 두꺼운 부위에서의 섬유에 대한 중합체의 비는 얇은 부위에서의 섬유에 대한 중합체의 비 보다 최소 1.5배 되도록 매트릭스 조성물이 분포됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
