Abstract
"SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS REVESTIDAS DE POLIAMIDA". A presente invenção se refere a uma superfície metálica revestida, compreendendo sucessivamente, a partir do metal: * eventualmente uma camada de primário; * eventualmente uma camada de ligante; * uma camada à base de poliamida constituída de uma mistura de poliamida e de uma poliolefina funcionalizada por um anidrido de ácido carboxílico insaturado. A superfície metálica é vantajosamente a superfície externa de tubos. Esses tubos podem ser de qualquer diâmetro, mas a invenção é particularmente útil para os tubos de diâmetro pequeno, por exemplo de 4 a 50 mm de diâmetro externo. o metal pode ser qualquer um, mas a invenção é muito útil para o aço e suas ligas, assim como para o alumínio e suas ligas. o alumínio pode ser anodizado, assim a superfície revestida da invenção compreende o alumínio, a camada de anodização, o primário eventual, o ligante eventual e a camada à base de PA. O aço pode ser revestido pelo zinco ou uma liga à base de zn (tal como, por exemplo, uma mistura Zn-Al ou Zn-Fe) ou pelo alumínio ou uma liga à base de Al e/ou tratado por cromatação ou fosfatação. Assim, a superfície revestida da invenção compreende o aço, a camada eventual de zinco ou de alumínio, a camada eventual de tratamento por cromatação ou fosfatação, o primário eventual, o ligante eventual e a camada à base de PA. De preferência, a cromatação é feita com CrIII.
