Abstract
"COMPOSIçãO DE VIDRO AZUL DE TIPO SìLICO-SODO-CáLCICO, FOLHA DE VIDRO FORMADA POR FLUTUAçãO EM UM BANHO DE METAL EM FUSãO, E, VIDRAçA, NOTADAMENTE AUTOMOTIVA". A invenção refere-se a uma composição de vidro de tipo sílico-sodo-cálcico colorido em azul que compreende os agentes colorantes abaixo em um teor variando nos seguintes limites ponderados Fe~ 2~O~ 3~ (ferro total) 0,2 a 0,51 % CoO 10 a 50 ppm Cr~ 2~O~ 3~ 10 a 300 ppm CuO 0 a 400 ppm o vidro apresentando um fator redox inferior ou igual a 0,35, um comprimento de onda dominante <sym>D compreendido entre 485 e 489 nm, uma pureza de excitação inferior a 13% e uma seletividade pelo menos igual a 1,1 sob uma espessura variando entre 3 e 5 mm. Ela refere-se igualmente a uma folha de vidro obtida a partir da composição precitada, a dita folha sendo destinada notadamente a formar uma vidraça automotiva ou para a indústria da construção.
