Abstract
"CAPACITOR DE FILMES FINOS USANDO POLìMEROS CONDUTORES". A presente invenção refere-se a um capacitor de filmes finos, que contém (a) um substrato, (b) um primeiro filme polimérico, que contém um polímero eletricamente condutor localizado no substrato, (c) uma camada de pentóxido, escolhido do grupo que consiste em pentóxido de tântalo ou pentóxido de nióbio e misturas dos mesmos, (d) um segundo filme polimérico, que contém um polímero eletricamente condutor localizado na camada de pentóxido.
