Abstract

"VELA DE IGNIçãO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma vela de ignição para um motor de combustão interna, que compreende um eletrodo central e um eletrodo da massa servindo como uma seção de descarga de centelha, assim como um chip metálico nobre, que é inserido em uma extremidade de pelo menos um dos eletrodos ao longo de parte de seu comprimento e que é subseq³entemente soldado ao mesmo por irradiação com luz condensadora de energia, caracterizada pelo fato de que o chip metálico nobre é provido com um perfil para reter o chip metálico nobre sobre pelo menos um eletrodo sobre pelo menos parte da periferia externa da parte de seu comprimento, onde uma camada de fusão se estendendo entre o perfil e uma região interna da extremidade do pelo menos um eletrodo trava o chip metálico nobre sobre pelo menos um eletrodo.
