Abstract

"DISPOSITIVOS FOTOVOLTAICOS ORGâNICOS". A presente invenção refere-se de um modo geral a dispositivos optoeletrónicos fotosensíveis orgânicos. Mais especificamente, ela diz respeito a dispositivos fotovoltaicos orgânicos, por exemplo células solares orgânicas. Além disso, ela se refere a uma célula solar orgânica otimizada, consistindo de múltiplas subcélulas empilhadas em série. Alcança-se uma alta eficiência de conversão de energia com a fabricação de uma célula fotovoltaica compreendendo múltiplas subcélulas empilhadas, com otimização da espessura e emprego de uma camada bloqueadora de elétrons.
