Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM CATALISADOR FISCHER-TROPSCH SUPORTADO". Um precursor de catalisador particulado, suportado por cobalto de pré-redução da síntese Fischer-Tropsch, que compreende um suporte de catalisador impregnado com cobalto, é tratado com um gás de redução de hidrogênio puro, em uma primeira velocidade espacial específica do gás de alimentação, SV1, e com uma primeira taxa de aquecimento, HR1, para obter-se um precursor parcialmente reduzido. O suporte contém óxido de cobalto reduzível no estado calcinado e tem uma fórmula unitária na qual cada mol de átomo de cobalto é associado com mais de 4/3 moles de átomos de oxigênio e apresenta uma área superficial específica reduzível de óxido de cobalto pelo menos igual àquela do espinélio de CO~ 3~O~ 4~. O precursor parcialmente reduzido é então tratado com um gás de redução de hidrogênio puro, em uma segunda velocidade espacial específica do gás de alimentação, SV2, e com uma segunda taxa de aquecimento, HR2, para obter-se um catalisador da síntese Fischer-Tropsch suportado ativado, com SV2 <243> SV1 e/ou HR2 <242> HR1; no entanto, quando SV2 = SV1, HR2 <sym> de HR1 e quando HR2 = HR1, SV2 <sym> de SV1.
