Abstract
Se describe un precursor de catalizador de síntesis Fischer-Tropsch soportado en cobalto, de pre-reducción, en forma de partículas, que comprende un soporte de catalizador impregnado con cobalto, el cual es tratado con gas reductor de hidrógeno puro, en una primera velocidad espacial específica, SV1, de suministro de gas y en una primera proporción de calentamiento, HR1, para obtener un precursor parcialmente reducido. El soporte contiene óxido de cobalto reducible en estado calcinado y con una unidad de formulación en la cual cada mol de átomos de cobalto está asociado con más de 4/3 de moles de átomos de oxígeno, exhibiendo un área superficial específica de óxido de cobalto reducible que es al menos igual al de la espinela CO3O4. El precursor parcialmente reducido es luego tratado con un gas reductor de hidrógeno puro y una segunda velocidad espacial de gas de suministro específica, SV2, y a una segunda proporción de calentamiento, HR2, para obtener un catalizador Fischer-Tropsch soportado activado, con la SV2 /= HR1; sin embargo, cuando SV2 = SV1, HR2 no es igual a HR1 y cuando HR2 = HR1, SV2 no es igual a SV1.
