Description
活性化ステージで、還元可能な酸化コバルトを含有する粒状の還元前の硝酸コバルトベース担持フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成触媒前駆体を、還元ガスとしての水素で処理して、酸化コバルトをある期間にわたってコバルトに還元し、アンモニアおよび水が形成されること、なお該還元は、優勢的にCoOがCoに還元される時間を包含する;
水を含む未反応水素を活性化ステージから回収し、未反応水素を処理して、その露点を低下させ、回収した未反応水素の少なくとも一部をリサイクル水素として活性化ステージに戻すこと;および
活性化ステージのアンモニア濃度を、少なくとも優勢的にCoOがCoに還元される時間中、250体積ppm(「vppm」)未満に維持すること
を含む担持フィッシャー・トロプシュ触媒の製造方法が提供される。
還元可能な酸化コバルトを含有する粒状の還元前の硝酸コバルトベース担持フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成触媒前駆体を、本発明の第1側面による方法に従い活性化または還元することで得られた触媒と、水素(H2)および一酸化炭素(CO)を含む合成ガスとを、180℃〜250℃の間の高温および10bar〜40barの間の高圧で接触させる水素と一酸化炭素とのスラリー相フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応によって、炭化水素を得ることを含む、フィッシャー・トロプシュワックス製品の合成方法が提供される。

図2は、担持フィッシャー・トロプシュ触媒を製造するための、従来の方法の活性化ステージ中で時間の関数としていくつか測定したパラメータのグラフを示す;および

この実施例は、本発明の方法で担持フィッシャー・トロプシュ触媒を製造するために適切に使用できる還元前触媒前駆体の典型的なバッチ製造を記載する。この実施例で使用したアルミナ担体は、欧州特許出願公開第1058580号(これは、言及することで本明細書に組み込まれる)に記載されているように、スラリー相含浸および減圧乾燥によって、Siで改質されたものである。還元前触媒前駆体を、米国特許第6455462号(これは、言及することで本明細書に組み込まれる)に記載されているように、スラリー相含浸、次いで減圧乾燥によって製造した。含浸および乾燥した前駆体を、続いて、国際公開第01/39882号(これは、言及することで本明細書に組み込まれる)に記載されているように、流動床か焼手段によって処理した。含浸、乾燥およびか焼した前駆体を、続いて、国際公開第03/035257号(これは、言及することで本明細書に組み込まれる)に記載されているように、還元手段によって活性化した。
Claims (6)
- 活性化ステージで、還元可能な酸化コバルトを含有する粒状の還元前の硝酸コバルトベース担持フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成触媒前駆体を、還元ガスとしての水素で処理して、酸化コバルトをある期間にわたってコバルトに還元し、アンモニアおよび水が形成されること、なお該還元は、優勢的にCoOがCoに還元される時間を包含する;
水を含む未反応水素を活性化ステージから回収し、未反応水素を処理して、その露点を低下させ、回収した未反応水素の少なくとも一部をリサイクル水素として活性化ステージに戻すこと;および
活性化ステージのアンモニア濃度を、少なくとも優勢的にCoOがCoに還元される時間中、250体積ppm(「vppm」)未満に維持すること
を含む担持フィッシャー・トロプシュ触媒の製造方法。 - 活性化ステージのアンモニア濃度を、少なくとも優勢的にCoOがCoに還元される時間中、70vppm未満に維持する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 活性化ステージのアンモニア濃度を、少なくとも優勢的にCoOがCoに還元される時間中、45vppm未満で維持する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 活性化ステージから回収される未反応水素からNH3を除去して、活性化ステージのアンモニア濃度を、少なくとも優勢的にCoOがCoに還元される時間中、250vppm未満に維持する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 未反応水素中に存在する水およびいくらかのNH3を、共通のプロセス工程または単位操作で、未反応水素から同時に除去する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 還元可能な酸化コバルトを含有する粒状の還元前の硝酸コバルトベース担持フィッシャー・トロプシュ合成触媒前駆体を、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法に従い活性化または還元することで得られた触媒と、水素(H2)および一酸化炭素(CO)を含む合成ガスとを、180℃〜250℃の間の高温および10bar〜40barの間の高圧で接触させる水素と一酸化炭素とのスラリー相フィッシャー・トロプシュ反応によって、ワックスを含む炭化水素を得ることを含む、フィッシャー・トロプシュワックス製品の合成方法。
