Abstract
Процесс получения катализатора на основе кобальта на подкладке для синтеза Фишера-Тропша, который включает: на первом этапе активации – обработку предшественника катализатора газом-восстановителем при первой скорости нагревания HR1, пока предшественник не достигнет температуры Т1, где 80 °C≤Т1≤180 °C, чтобы получить частично обработанный предшественник катализатора, на втором этапе активации – обработку частично обработанного предшественника катализатора газом-восстановителем при второй скорости нагревания HR2, где 0(HR2<HR1 на протяжении времени t1, где t1 составляет от 0, 1до 20 часов, чтобы получить частично восстановленный предшественник катализатора, и после этого – на третьем этапе активации – обработку частично восстановленного предшественника катализатора газом-восстановителем при третьей скорости нагревания HR3, де HR3>HR2, пока частично восстановленный предшественник катализатора не достигнет температуры Т2, и выдержку частично восстановленного предшественника катализатора при Т2 в течении времени t2, где t2 0<t2≤20 часов для получения активированного катализатора.
