Abstract
"MéTODOS PARA A PRODUçãO FERMENTATIVA DE ETANOL E PARA A SUSTENTAçãO DE UM PACIENTE ANIMAL, PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO, E, MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA FRAçãO DE PROTEìNA A PARTIR DA BIOMASSA VEGETAL". A presente invenção divulga um método para a produção fermentativa de etanol que compreende fornecer uma planta de tabaco recombinante com nicotina reduzida ou uma porção desta, fermentação da planta ou porção desta em um recipiente de fermentação por um período suficiente para produzir etanol a partir desta e depois coletar o etanol do recipiente de fermentação. A presente invenção também divulga um método de sustentar um paciente animal que compreende alimentar o paciente animal com uma planta de tabaco recombinante com nicotina reduzida ou uma porção desta. A presente invenção também divulga um método de produzir uma fração de proteína a partir da biomassa da planta que compreende fornecer uma planta de tabaco recombinante com nicotina reduzida ou uma porção desta e depois coletar uma fração de proteína da planta recombinante ou porção da planta.
