Abstract
"CORPOS CONTENDO ARGILA ANIÈNICA FORMADA IN SITU". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de corpos contendo argila aniónica cristalina a partir de fontes compreendendo uma fonte de metal trivalente e uma fonte de metal divalente, compreendendo as etapas de: (a) preparação de uma mistura precursora contendo um líquido, uma fonte de metal divalente e/ou uma fonte de metal trivalente, pelo menos uma destas sendo insolúvel no líquido; (b) modelagem da mistura precursora para obtenção de corpos modelados; (c) opcionalmente, tratamento térmico dos corpos modelados; e (d) cura dos corpos modelados para obtenção de corpos contendo argila aniónica cristalina; com a condição de que, se nenhuma fonte de metal trivalente estiver presente na mistura precursora da etapa (a), a dita fonte seja adicionada aos corpos modelados após a modelagem da etapa (b) e antes da cura da etapa (d); e ainda com a condição de que, o uso combinado de uma fonte de alumínio como fonte de metal trivalente e uma fonte de magnésio como fonte de metal divalente é excluída. A condição essencial da presente invenção é que a parte principal da quantidade final de argila aniónica seja formada após a modelagem, isto é, in situ, nos corpos modelados. Isso resulta em corpos resistentes ao atrito, sem a necessidade de adicionar um material aglutinante.
