Abstract
"CICLOBUTENO-1,2-DIONAS 3,4-DISSUBSTITUìDAS COMO ANTAGONISTAS RECEPTORES DE QUIMIOCINA CXC". A invenção refere-se a compostos da fórmula (1) onde as variáveis A e B são um grupo de heteroarila ou arila como definido nas reivindicações, ou uma pró-droga desta, ou um solvato, isómero ou sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do referido composto ou da referida pró-droga, que são úteis para o tratamento de doenças mediadas por quimiocina tal como distúrbios inflamatórios crónicos e agudos e câncer.
