Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE TRATAMENTO POR JATEAMENTO". A invenção se refere a um processo e dispositivo para trabalho de jateamento, principalmente remoções precisas e/ou compressão e/ou revestimento de superfícies sólidas, como, por exemplo, remoção de pontos de falhas na pintura, aplainamento de costura de solda, remoção de camadas de concreto contaminadas ou de ferrugem, endurecimento, aplainamento ou revestimento de superfícies metálicas, sendo que um meio de jateamento é dosado e conduzido através da gravidade ou efeito de injeção por intermédio de um sistema de tubos (13) a uma lança de jateamento (14) através de uma câmara de jateamento com uma superfície capilar sob baixa pressão, sendo a partir daí reconduzido à corrente de ar, onde é limpo e colocado em circulação. A aceleração é produzida pela baixa pressão, sendo a câmara de jateamento deslocada de superfície de trabalho em superfície de trabalho. A invenção se baseia no aumento significativo da velocidade, a fim de ajustar economicamente a quantidade de energia para as mais diversas áreas de aplicação em limites amplos com baixo uso energético, alta flexibilidade e reciclagem de acordo com o meio ambiente e reutilização do jateamento. Esta tarefa é solucionada pelo fato de que ao meio de jateamento é dado, pelo menos, um impulso adicional e outro aspirado por baixa pressão através de uma corrente de gás sob pressão atmosférica, a fim de alcançar uma velocidade final situada significativamente acima da velocidade da corrente de ar transportadora produzida pelo dosador no sentido da corrente, pela introdução da energia na superfície de trabalho em dependência dos parâmetros de tipo e forma desta superfície e do meio de jateamento. O grau de carregamento da corrente de ar transportadora ajusta o meio de jateamento em relação à baixa pressão na corrente de ar transportadora, tempo e temperatura de jateamento.
