Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema y un método para recubrir una superficie de un objeto con una herramienta de recubrimiento por pulverización que pulveriza partículas de recubrimiento atomizadas. Se aplica una cubierta de acondicionamiento que define una cámara de pulverización. En funcionamiento, la herramienta de recubrimiento por pulverización se monta en un extremo de montaje de la herramienta de recubrimiento, y un extremo de salida se coloca en la proximidad de la superficie del objeto a recubrir. La herramienta de recubrimiento por pulverización se opera para pulverizar partículas de recubrimiento atomizadas que viajan desde la herramienta de recubrimiento, a través de la cámara de pulverización y el extremo de salida hasta la superficie del objeto. Se inyecta un gas portador que, en funcionamiento, lleva las partículas de recubrimiento atomizadas a la superficie del objeto.
