Abstract
本发明提供一种哑铃的喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:将哑铃工件表面的灰尘、油脂或静电去除,采用钝化剂钝化,用清水清洗后对哑铃工件进行烘干处理,烘干后在哑铃工件表面喷涂一层底漆,用砂纸对喷有底漆的哑铃工件表面进行打磨去除颗粒和毛屑,然后向形成的底漆层喷涂工作层,最后将喷涂完的哑铃工件固化烘干、自然冷却。本发明通过上述工艺有效的除去了哑铃工件表面因底漆喷涂形成的杂质颗粒,成品质量高,而且哑铃工件无变形,涂层均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及体育健身器材技术领域,尤其涉及一种哑铃的喷涂工艺。
背景技术
传统的哑铃喷涂工艺对哑铃的脱脂、钝化效果并不是很好,且经钝化后油漆或者是粉末喷涂的附着力不佳,容易导致产品的合格率下降,降低了哑铃喷涂工艺的效率。
发明内容
本发明正是针对以上技术问题,提供一种哑铃的喷涂工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种哑铃的喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)对待处理的哑铃工件进行预处理,包括去除待处理哑铃工件表面的灰尘、油脂或静电;
(2)采用钝化剂对待处理哑铃工件进行钝化处理,然后用清水清洗;
(3)将清洗后的哑铃工件进行烘干处理,烘干处理的温度为55-65℃,烘干时间为15-25分钟;
(4)向经过烘干的哑铃工件表面均匀的喷涂一层底漆;
(5)使用在温水中浸泡过的砂纸对喷涂底漆后的哑铃工件表面进行环形打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时哑铃工件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;
(6)向形成的底漆层喷涂工作层;
(7)将喷涂完的哑铃工件进行固化烘干,烘干温度为200-220℃;
(8)将固化烘干后的哑铃工件在常温下自然冷却。
所述步骤(2)中采用的钝化剂为三价铬钝化剂。
所述步骤(6)中喷涂工作层时采用分层喷涂工艺。
所述分层喷涂工艺中,每层厚度不超过0.08-0.12mm。
所述步骤(6)中工作层的厚度不超过0.8mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过上述工艺有效的除去了哑铃工件表面因底漆喷涂形成的杂质颗粒,成品质量高,而且哑铃工件无变形,涂层均匀。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明一种哑铃的喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)对待处理的哑铃工件进行预处理,包括去除待处理哑铃工件表面的灰尘、油脂或静电;
(2)采用钝化剂对待处理哑铃工件进行钝化处理,然后用清水清洗;
(3)将清洗后的哑铃工件进行烘干处理,烘干处理的温度为55-65℃,烘干时间为15-25分钟;
(4)向经过烘干的哑铃工件表面均匀的喷涂一层底漆;
(5)使用在温水中浸泡过的砂纸对喷涂底漆后的哑铃工件表面进行环形打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时哑铃工件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;
(6)向形成的底漆层喷涂工作层;
(7)将喷涂完的哑铃工件进行固化烘干,烘干温度为200-220℃;

本发明将哑铃工件除尘、除油脂后钝化,在哑铃工件表面形成致密的钝化膜,保护哑铃工件不受外界的侵蚀,增加了哑铃的使用寿命,并且由于该层钝化膜的存在,使得哑铃工件表面对底漆的附着力更强,并且采用分层喷涂工艺,使得哑铃工件表面的涂层更加均匀,产品质量高。

Claims (5)
1.一种哑铃的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)对待处理的哑铃工件进行预处理,包括去除待处理哑铃工件表面的灰尘、油脂或静电;
(2)采用钝化剂对待处理哑铃工件进行钝化处理,然后用清水清洗;
(3)将清洗后的哑铃工件进行烘干处理,烘干处理的温度为55-65℃,烘干时间为15-25分钟;
(4)向经过烘干的哑铃工件表面均匀的喷涂一层底漆;
(5)使用在温水中浸泡过的砂纸对喷涂底漆的哑铃工件表面进行环形打磨处理,去除底漆喷涂时哑铃工件表面产生的颗粒或毛屑;
(6)向形成的底漆层喷涂工作层;
(7)将喷涂完的哑铃工件进行固化烘干,烘干温度为200-220℃;
(8)将固化烘干后的哑铃工件在常温下自然冷却。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种哑铃的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中采用的钝化剂为三价铬钝化剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种哑铃的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中喷涂工作层时采用分层喷涂工艺。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种哑铃的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述分层喷涂工艺中,每层厚度不超过0.08-0.12mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种哑铃的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中工作层的厚度不超过0.8mm。
