Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE TENSIONAMENTO DE CORRENTE DE SINCRONISMO". A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de tensionamento de corrente de sincronismo (12) para um mecanismo de válvula incluído em um motor de combustão interna OHC que compreende um braço (13) e uma sapata de resina (14), montada no braço (14) de modo a se estender ao longo de uma superfície voltada para uma corrente de sincronismo do braço (14). Um gancho em formato de U (14i), que se encaixa em uma parte de extremidade livre do braço (13), é formado em uma parte de extremidade livre da sapata de resina (14), uma orelha lateral (14c) é estendida a partir do um lado de uma parte de extremidade de base da sapata de resina (14), de modo a corresponder à parte de afixação (13a) do braço (13), e a orelha lateral (14c) é provida com uma abertura (14b) para uso na afixação da parte de afixação (13a) do braço (13) e da parte de extremidade de base da sapata de resina (14) em conjunto. Um calço de amortecimento (14g) tendo uma seção transversal em formato de U é formado em uma parte substancialmente média da sapata de resina (14), de modo a se estender ao longo de um lado até a superfície traseira do braço (13). O braço (13) é inserido em uma ranhura formada no calço de amortecimento (14g). Assim, o número de partes é reduzido, os homens-hora de fabricação podem ser reduzidos e o trabalho necessário pode ser reduzido.
