Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO INJETOR DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA UMA MáQUINA DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". O dispositivo injetor de combustível apresenta para cada cilindro da máquina de combustão interna uma bomba de alta pressão de combustível (10), com uma câmara de trabalho de bomba (22) e uma válvula injetora de combustível (12) unida com a mesma. A válvula injetora de combustível (12) apresenta um primeiro membro de válvula injetora (28), pelo qual é controlada pelo menos uma primeira abertura de injeção (32) e que pela pressão produzida na câmara de trabalho de bomba (22) pode ser movido contra uma força de fechamento, em uma direção de abertura (29). Dentro do primeiro membro de válvula injetora (28), formado de modo oco, está guiado de modo deslocável um segundo membro de válvula injetora (128), pelo qual é controlada pelo menos uma segunda abertura de injeção (132) e que pela pressão existente na câmara de pressão (40) pode ser movido contra uma força de fechamento, em uma direção de abertura (29), sendo que o segundo membro de válvula injetora (128) é solicitado, pelo menos indiretamente, pela pressão existente em uma câmara de controle (50) enchida de combustível, que, na dependência dos parâmetros de serviço da máquina de combustão interna, é controlável de tal modo que o segundo membro de válvula injetora (128), pela pressão existente na câmara de controle (50), independentemente de um movimento de abertura do primeiro membro de válvula injetora (28), é bloqueável em uma posição que fecha pelo menos uma segunda abertura de injeção (132).
