Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". O dispositivo de injeção de combustível possui para cada cilindro da máquina de combustão interna uma bomba de alta pressão de combustível (10) com uma câmara de trabalho da bomba (22) e uma válvula de injeção de combustível (12) ligada a esta. A válvula de injeção de combustível (12) possui um primeiro elemento da válvula de injeção (28) através do qual é controlada pelo menos uma primeira abertura de injeção (32) e que pode ser movido em virtude da pressão gerada na câmara de trabalho da bomba (22) contra uma força recuperadora em uma direção de abertura (29). Dentro do primeiro elemento da válvula de injeção (28) oco é guiado de modo deslocável um segundo elemento da válvula de injeção (128) através do qual é controlada pelo menos uma segunda abertura de injeção (132), e que pode ser movido através da pressão reinante na câmara de pressão (40) contra uma força recuperadora em uma direção de abertura (29), sendo que o segundo elemento da válvula de injeção (128) é solicitado pelo menos indiretamente pela pressão reinante na câmara de controle (50) cheia de combustível, que é gerada por uma bomba de alimentação (52) em dependência de parâmetros operacionais da máquina de combustão interna de tal modo, que o segundo elemento da válvula de injeção (128) pode permanecer na sua posição fechada ou abrir.
