Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO INJETOR DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO". O dispositivo injetor de combustível possui uma unidade de bomba (39) que transporta combustível altamente pressurizado em um canal de alta pressão (10), ligado com uma válvula injetora (1), e com uma válvula de comando (11), na qual um componente de válvula (14), em forma de pistão, desloca-se com um segmento (114) vedante dentro da perfuração (26), sendo que o segmento vedante (114) está circundado por compartimento de alta pressão (16), unido com o compartimento de trabalho da bomba (48). O componente de válvula (14) projeta-se com uma extremidade no interior de um compartimento de baixa pressão (18), unido com um sistema adutor de combustível (58). Na perfuração (26) está configurada uma sede de válvula (22), cooperando com uma superfície vedante da válvula (24), configurada no componente de válvula (14), para controlar a conexão do compartimento de alta pressão (16) e compartimento de baixa pressão (18). Com relação à direção do fluxo do combustível do compartimento de alta pressão (16) para o compartimento de baixa pressão (18), a montante da sede da válvula (22) está configurado um segmento estrangulador (21) na perfuração (26), que forma uma fenda de estrangulamento (23)com o segmento (114) vedante do componente de válvula (14) e, desta forma, por ocasião do movimento do curso de abertura, estrangular a corrente de combustível em uma região do curso do componente de válvula (14), de sorte que no movimento do curso de abertura do componente de válvula (14) não agem forças hidráulicas adicionais sobre o componente de válvula (14).
