Abstract
본 발명은 디젤내연기관의 연료분사방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의하면 각 분사노즐로부터 분출되는 연료분출물이 다른 각 분사노즐로부터 분출되는 연료분출물에 영향을 미치지 않도록, 연소실(43)에 배치된 최소한 2개의 분사노즐(1, 11)에 의해 점화행정에 필요한 연료의 총량이 분사된다. 이 분사는 먼저 실린더(44)에서 안내되는 작동피스톤(45)의 상사점(上死点)영역에서는 제1분사노즐(1)을 개방한 후에, 제1분사노즐이 개방된 상태에서 제2분사노즐을 나중에 개방하여 분사하도록 한다.

Claims (7)
- 각 분사노즐부터 분출되는 연료분출물이 다른 각 분사노즐로부터 분출되는 연료분출물에 영향을 미치지 않도록, 연소실에 배치된 최소한 2개의 분사노즐에 의해 점화행정에 필요한 연료의 총량이 분사되는 디젤형 왕복내연기관의 실린더의 연소실에 연료를 분사하는 방법에 있어서, 점화행정에 필요한 연료의 총량은 먼저 실린더에 결합된 작동 피스톤의 상사점영역에서 제1분사노즐을 개방한 후에, 제1 분사노즐이 개방된 상태에서 제2분사노즐을 나중에 개방하여 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2분사노즐의 개방시간 사이의 간격은 분사노즐의 앞에서의 연료압력을 제어함으로써 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2분사노즐은 그들의 분사상태가 함께 종료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2분사노즐의 개방시간사이의 간격은 최소한 4°의 크랭크각인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사방법.
- 각 분사노즐로부토 분출되는 연료분출물이 다른 각 분사노즐로부터 분출되는 연료분출물에 영향을 미치지 않도록, 연소실에 배치된 최소한 2개의 분사노즐에 의해 점화행정에 필요한 연료의 총량이 분사되는 디젤형 왕복내연기관의 실린더의 연소실에 연료를 분사하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 최소한 2개의 분사노즐은 1개의 점화행정 및 1개의 실린더에 필욧한 연료의 총량을 분사함에 있어서, 시차적으로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐은 폐쇄스프링의 힘에 대항하여 연료의 압력에 의해 개방되는 밸브니들을 가지고, 상기 2개의 분사노즐은 강도가 상이한 폐쇄스프링으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐은 폐쇄스프링의 힘에 대항하여 연료의 압력에 의해 개방되는 밸브니들을 가지고, 각 폐쇄스프링의 규격이 동일할 때 이들 폐쇄스프링에 상이한 초기응역을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
