Abstract

"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR PNEUMáTICOS EM UM SISTEMA DE FABRICAçãO FLEXìVEL". Um método para construir simultaneamente diversas carcaças de pneumático inclui as etapas de construção do pneumático de estabelecer uma seq³ência de estações de trabalho, cada uma numa localização predefinida ao longo de um eixo de trabalho que se estende pelas estações de trabalho. Tambores de construção do pneumático desconectados avançam ao longo do eixo de trabalho que se estende pelas estações de trabalho. Os tambores de construção do pneumático são acoplados a um servidor de entrada em cada uma das estações de trabalho para operar os tambores de construção do pneumático. Um ou mais componentes do pneumático são aplicados nos tambores de construção em cada uma das estações de trabalho.
